Our Work
We excel at making software: whether it's a customer facing product or the hidden machinery that supports our clients' businesses.

Initial Challenge
GlobeNet offers direct, low latency routes in the Americas, with state-of-the-art submarine dual ring cable system. Dealing with expansion and the need to scale their internal processes and systems, we were approached to help them solve these challenges. We then began a business process analysis initiative that culminated in a streamlined Salesforce CRM implementation and website.
Now
We are working in a close partnership with GlobeNet to extend CRM (Salesforce) possibilities and integrate it with SAP to automate processes like:
- Quoting
- Client Contracts
- Billing and invoicing
- Supplier's Quotes and Contracts

Initial Challenge
In 2012, Simphar began to look for a software house that could drive Winphar to success during the market turbulence in Portugal. Premium Minds was entrusted this task. Facing the challenging task of maintaining a huge amount of code - mostly legacy (VB6) that had been evolving heavily since the 90's - we focused on both refactoring the current solution and introducing new features, taking advantage of technologies like Java and Scala.
Now
Winphar is the second most used Drug Store ERP in Portugal, with more than 400 local deployments. We've fully transitioned the platform to a new technology stack adding innovative features such as:
- Automated Smart Drug Suggestion
- Store Management Web Portal
- Automated Store Stock Management

- B2B and B2C Parking Services Platforms
- B2C Parking Payment Mobile Apps
- Business Management Web Apps
- Business Intelligence Web Apps
- Multiple Cities Parking Systems Integrations

Initial Challenge
Fundação EDP's Social Innovation team is working hard to seek new solutions beyond welfare support and philanthropy donation. To contribute to this effort, Premium Minds developed a web application focused on evaluating project effectiveness, while promoting collaboration between social partners.

Initial Challenge
Our team was challenged to make a new version of their Telpark app. The goal was to build a new app driving from the best of the original one and leveraging our knowledge about the parking business.
Now
Telpark has now 500k users and is available in more than 80 cities, across 30 parking lots in Portugal and Spain. The app is suitable for street parking and parking lots. Our continuous development has been centered on business needs and user requests.

Initial Challenge
Copytrack is a service to track and license photographic rights. As a natural step, they challenged us to create a blockchain database to store the ownership information of their clients' photos.
This blockchain is Concensum.
With this register, the process of proving ownership is simplified and leverages their business. Licensing based on smart-contracts makes collecting the usage rights revenue a straightforward process. Being a photographer and collecting your profit is simpler than ever.
Now
Based on the Qtum code to take advantage of the proof-of-stake and smart-contracts implementation, the Concensum blockchain is up and running.
After a sucessful token swap process after the launch of the blockchain, users can now create an account, upload their photos, verify them, and register their ownership in the blockchain forever.

Initial Challenge

- Add new features to the apps
- Improve user experience
