The challenge
Managing around 90.000 indoor parking spots and envisioning continuous growth, Telpark faced a challenge in its expansion due to the high operating and system installation expenses in new spaces. Moreover, existing market systems did not meet Telpark's need for continuous innovation due to their lack of flexibility.
The solution
In contrast to black box products offered by industry manufacturers, BION is not only fully managed by operators but is also highly flexible, which enables continuous innovation, allowing the operator to create solutions unavailable in the market. For users, the technology is very convenient. Not only does it eliminate the need for physical cards that can be easily lost, but its overall reliability translates into a positive experience in 99% of cases. Currently, BION is installed in about half of Telpark’s app-enabled parking lots.
