The challenge

NOS sales teams were spending too much time searching for the right information across multiple channels. They needed a way to access accurate, context-aware answers through fast and natural interactions, especially when information varied or depended on the customer journey context, while ensuring compliance with internal business rules.

The solution

We designed a Generative AI assistant capable of understanding natural language and adapting to users across all levels of experience, from junior profiles to senior sales experts.

It connects to internal knowledge sources, filters content by channel and permissions, and turns existing documentation into structured conversational flows. The assistant provides contextual answers for different operational scenarios, guides users through sales procedures step by step, and reduces hallucinations or information mixing by relying only on validated content.

The results
